I'm the Group ICT Manager for a multi-site Australian and New Zealand operation, where I run everything from endpoint management to strategic vendor negotiation across a full technology stack. GMICT is where I take that same standard of work to other businesses.
Before ICT, I spent time in the RAAF as a reconnaissance specialist, operating multi-sensor threat detection systems. That's where the habit of looking for the thing that doesn't add up came from, and it's still how I approach a security assessment or an AI rollout today.
I write the same way I talk: plainly, and without padding it out to look more impressive than it needs to.
